You may browse, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not scrape, resell or republish our content, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

All content on this website — text, imagery, code, 3D assets and brand marks — belongs to MarketOps or our clients and is protected by copyright. Client work is shown with permission.

For client engagements, intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to you on final payment, excluding third-party licences and our pre-existing tooling, which are licensed to you perpetually for the delivered work.

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. A binding engagement begins when both parties sign a statement of work describing scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.

Standard payment terms are 40% on signature, 40% at the design milestone and 20% on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted as a change order before it begins. We will never invoice for unapproved work.

Either party may end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Work completed up to the end of the notice period is invoiced, and you receive all files produced to that point.

We warrant that our work is performed with reasonable skill and care, and we fix defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no cost. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.

The website is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Each party keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement by three years.
